The item itself is great, BUT...
As the title says, the item itself is great. A little bit larger than expected, and is SUPER soft, with no weird smell.Amazon's shipping, on the other hand...It was pretty obvious that the item was simply in a bin along with others, and the goober at the distribution center merely grabbed one, sort of wrapped it with some shrink wrap, stuck the shipping label on it, and sent it on it's way.5 stars for the item itself0 stars for the non-existent packaging.

Super snuggly Koala
This was a gift for a 2 year old and she loves it! I had originally ordered another, slightly cheaper but the quality was lacking. I was very pleased with this koala, worth a couple # more.
