Q: Do you find that the effect wears off after several days and you need to increase the dose?

If someone is having sleep issues Melatonin will help people fall asleep but not stay asleep. Melatonin isn’t the best choice for sleep issues. 5HTP is a better choice.

Q: what is the expiration date ?

Expire in 120 days for 200 pills. Expiration date only less than 4 months away at Sept-2023 (arrived May 15, 2023), and most will expire even if I use maximally and daily. Exp date is even earlier than ones bought 6 mos ago. For 200 pills should have 7-8 mo expiration minimally.
