Great for taking leftovers to work in
I've been using these corning wear covered bowls for nearly 30 years to take food to work in. They seal nicely and keep food fresh. When I make dinner and have extras I usually put the leftover portion into one of these bowls, snap the cover on and put it in the freezer. Then when I am making my lunch for work I grab one and throw it in my cooler. At lunch I take the cover off and put the bowl straight into the microwave to cook. I wipe it out when I am done to take it home to wash. Throw it into the dishwasher and use it again the next time I have leftovers.

Corningware bowls for meal prepping
These are non-plastic microwavable storage containers that are great for lunch meal prepping. I needed additional bowls to add to my current 20+ year old bowls. The glass does appear to be a little less robust than my originals, but unfortunately that is the way things are now made. Very thankful that I found a few more to add to the rotation. The seller is incredible, they promptly got my order in the mail (USPS) and I received it a week early!

Love these bowls
I bought 4 of these maybe 20 years ago. Recently, I dropped one on the concrete and naturally it broke. I bought 2 more to replace it. They are so versatile. They work well for reheating leftovers in the microwave, but they are also oven proof without the lid. They can also be used to freeze single servings. I especially like them for storing leftovers instead of plastic because you can reheat in the same container. They are easy to stack with the lids on. It says the lids are plastic, but they feel more like rubber.

Love that these have lids
I use these all the time in my oven and my toaster oven. They aren't exactly like the older bowls that look like this but they come with lids and I love that! They work great, lids fit well, I'm sure you can microwave them without the lids, but I don't have one of those so I don't do that. Would recommend.
