Smith & Wesson MP Shield EZ
I have two Smith & Wesson MP Shield EZ in the 9 mm and also in 380 caliber. The 9 mm EZ fits this holster perfectly, however the 380 cal. EZ is a little lose in this holster. The 380 cal. EZ is a slightly smaller pistol compared to the 9 mm EZ. I assumed they were the same size in every way except fot the caliber, but I was mistaken. So, if you are looking for a holster for your S&W 380 EZ, you might want to look for a holster made for the 380 cal. EZ. Or you could line part of the opening of this holster with the soft half of velcro so the 380 will not rattle in the holster.

Great
Would definitely recommend for owners of this pistol. Perfect fit and functionality.

Fits Equalizer
Happy with this so far. It fits Equalizer model just fine (with top mounted optic). Holster and upholsters easily. Good retention.

Wow, retention on this thing is insane
Someone at the Cytac front office said, "Design me an OWB paddle holster. Make sure it's extremely difficult to get on, but impossible to remove without taking your pants off".The engineering department responded with, "On it, boss!"I like having an OWB paddle holster for working around the property and don't feel like stuffing an IWB in my pants, or in winter months when a heavy coat make concealment much easier. This is my second Cytac, the first being for a Sig P365 I got several years ago that worked extremely well. Fit to gun was a smidge loose but nothing excessive. It worked well and went on and off easily enough while providing very good retention in the pants. The one is for my S&W Shield Plus. Fit to gun is great with no extra play. The problem comes in with vastly excessive pants retention. I ended up taking the paddle off and using a sharp knife, trimmed away about 1/4 inch of the bumps that grip the inside of the pants, or the bottom of the belt, if that's the way you prefer to carry it.I like the paddle to go inside the pants. Which ever way you prefer to carry, but particularly if you put the paddle inside the pants, the holster is extremely difficult to remove. Far beyond what is needed for adequate retention, especially if you need to reposition it for any particular reason.Other than that, it does what it's supposed to and at a very reasonable price.

Holster
Liked the adjustability and the retention system being very natural in operation. I wear small of back. Very easy to reholster.

Incorrect size was recommended. (EDITED: CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL)
EDIT:Customer service has been amazing! I had completely forgotten all about this when someone emailed me asking how they could fix this. We thought it was done and weren't able to get another holster from here. My husband had spoken with a representative for the company who said they didn't have anything to fit his specific gun. But the rep who emailed me thinks they are able to find one to fit what we have. So they are working with my husband and I to see if we can find something that works for us. The quality of the holster we had to return is great. The customer service is great. No matter if we are able to have a holster for our specific needs, I definitely recommend this company if you can find something to fit what you have.(ORIGINAL BELOW)My husband spoke directly with a representative from this company before selecting his holster. Told him exactly what he needed the holster for. It showed up in the mail today and the gun doesn't even fit a little bit. He is going to be contacting them again to see if they can swap him out for the correct size.

Awesome fit for my M&P shield ez 380
Nothing bad to say I love It and would recommend it! I had to adjust the tension screw but it was that easy! Now that the cold weather is here I can carry my 380 it’s a little bigger than my ruger 9 which I like too carry when the weather is warmer and lighter clothing

Loose fit for a Shield EZ 380
(Update)I did wind up returning it. There was another holster on Amazon for the Shield EZ only that fit like a glove and was actually a few bucks less! I didn't specify below, but the front to back and side to side slack in the fit was really huge.(Original)This particular holster fits a lot of different guns, and i think I see why. There's a lot of slop in the fit, which gives it more flexibility. I didn't notice it when I first put it on, but when I walked down the stairs in my house it immediately started rattling. It was then I tried moving it around in the holster and saw how much it moved! The gun seemed totally secure though. I think a couple of spots of foam tape inside could cure that - maybe they ought to supply. I hate to send it back for the price and replace with something much more expensive. The holster is also a little harder to put on than other paddle models I've had like Fobus. The catches that grab on inside your pants are the biggest I've ever seen, which kind of block the gap the top edge of your pants and belt need to go into. Overall, I like it, just not as much as many previous holsters, but I wanted to step up to level II retention on all my guns without emptying the bank.
