Im diabetic and use them when my blood sugar is too low. They are almost all dextrose, which is a simple sugar your body can absorb faster than sucrose. If you go to a pharmacy you can pay the same price for a small bottle of dextrose tablets.Smarties last forever and don’t melt or get sticky and are easy to open if you’re feeling wacky.I keep some in my car, office, and home. 3 roils is close to the recommended 15 grams of quick carbs.I also enjoy the flavor and nostalgia.If you know a diabetic, recommend a bag of smarties.

My wife always has some of these in a small ziplock bag in her purse. She (and I) was having difficulty finding them in stores around us when she ran out. She is now a happy woman with her Smarties. Exactly what I was looking for! I had a hankering for some Smarties, but they were proving difficult to find. Very happy to find these! They arrived promptly in heavy-duty packaging that kept them fresh, and also prevented them from being damaged (broken into tiny fragments.) Would definitely order from them in the future.

This was very expensive to buy. I couldn’t find them in the store so I had no choice to make Halloween bags, but they were very expensive for what you’re getting.
