Very hard. Lump where the forehead goes. People keep moving during massage as uncomfortable. Outer skin quite thin so unsure how robust this is

Very poor information provided about the product
Amazon have gone for a formatted space for customers to provide information. Unfortunately they are not providing a service to monitor the information provided by the vendors.There needs to be a team in Amazon to review and modify the information being provided to the customer.This product is thin and hard with a flimsy cover.

Excellent, comfortable and easily sanitised
This is excellent I bought two for my osteopathic practice. It is comfortable to use for patients, easily sanitised meets all covid regulations, no need to use cotton covers I just cover in paper.
