Blows more air than the Dyson $399 hair dryer.. it's not super quiet but it's not super loud... its average far as how loud it is but it's way above average in power... its light weight and the handle in kind of petite and fits perfectly in my hand... I have super thick shoulder length hair and I can blow dry my hair in under 5 minutes... very pleased with purchase . I will update review in year as to my feelings toward the dryers performance then

I had been thinking about getting a better hairdryer for a while since I always got better results using the dryer at the salon I go to. Nothing was wrong with my Conair, but my hair simply never looked like it did when I used a powerful, professional dryer.This dryer is awesome! My hair dries in about 5 minutes or so, and it comes out just like I want it to. I love it!

This hairdryer was advertised to be lightweight and have a quiet noise level. Neither of these things are accurate. It is very loud - louder than my old hairdryer and very heavy. It was advertised to be under a pound in weight but it was nearly 1.5 lbs - far too heavy to be comfortable using when there are so many other options available that are lightweight. I sent it back immediately.

Great dryer but lost a star since the switches are not aligned.
