Q: Is this the same product as turtle wax ICE seal n shine sold in the US?

Yes and as a user it's a fantastic product for the money so glad I have purchased it

Q: If this is the same product sold as ice seal n shine in the us, why is it advertised as hybrid ceramic in the us but not here?

Its not a ceramic it’s only a paint sealant. Do 2 coats 1 day apart and water just runs off. Leaves paint work like silk smooth

Use before quick detailer. Quick detailer can be used after you've dried off the car.

Q: How would this compare to something like meguiars ultimate liquid wax or a carnuaba wax?

Far easier to work with than either a carnuba wax, which you will probably get 3 months out of if it's a top of the range carnuba wax. I find this better than meguiars ultimate liquid wax becuase it's easier to apply and remove, it beads and sheets water better, it's cheaper and if you look at YouTube reviews it's very durable to chemicals, in other words it will last longer despite repeated washing with car shampoo. It's my current go to sealant. I washed, clayed and polished my car, then applied, got a lot of compliments about the gloss and look of the paint.
