What you see is what you get - works as expected
I already had a Micro HDMI to HDMI cable connected between my Raspberry Pi 4 and my monitor. This adapter allows me to alternate between Raspberry Pi 3 and Raspberry Pi 4 projects without reaching behind the monitor to swap cables - I just adapt the cable that's already there as needed. Fits in my parts drawer when not needed and doesn't add much to my cable clutter when in use.

Does Not Work
I bought two cables to extend the micro HDMI output from raspberry Pi4s out of an enclosure for connection to an NEC display. Neither cable worked in this application,.

Cable works as described. No problem with connectors and connection is great.

Much shorter than on the picture, only 20cm
The picture makes the impression that 30cm goes a long way. But it is not, it is 8 inches. Maybe they shipped the wrong item and no return option. I ordered twice already - now have 4 cables that are 10cm shorter than what I need.
