Great for the gym and bedroom, no joke
This stuff definitely works as a vasodilator and is the must-have foundation of any pre-workout in my opinion. I typically take it first thing in the morning whether or not I'm working out and believe it has significant effects on recovery from exercise and gets you kick-started to get on with your day. Then before exercise, I almost always take the same 3 gram dose.I use 3g on an empty stomach mixed in a custom pre-workout, or with the occasional pre-made PWO that I try. Most pre-workouts have an insignificant amount of this if any, so I "stack" it with almost everything I buy, and prefer to make my own pre-workout from scratch using this, agmatine, and beta alanine as a base. 3g truly is the effective dose for most people (I weigh 217) and typically to get that amount from a pre-workout mix, you'll have to consume an undesirable number of scoops, including artificial colors, sucralose, and excessive stimulants. And men, even if you have no problems whatsoever "downstairs," it has a noticeable effect on sexual performance, period, it is noticeable for sure and has been studied in comparison to Viagra with encouraging results. The simplest thing a man will notice 30 minutes after taking 3 grams of this is that when you urinate, your stream is huge and powerful because your tissue is significantly plumped up with blood, even in a flaccid state.Sensitivity is increased but control also seems to increase, possibly because pelvic floor and basically all other muscles are full of blood and performing optimally.I am confident this effect would be beneficial to women as well, whether due to their use of the product to increase their own blood flow, or due to their male partner's use.As mentioned, it's extremely unlikely that your pre-workout mix of choice has an effective 3g dose of citrulline in a reasonable number of scoops. This is better than arginine because it's more bioavailable, and more rapidly assimilated via the kidneys, so you end up with a more significant amount of arginine in your tissues, and experience better vasodilation.Beyond citrulline (3g), agmatine (1-2g), beta-alanine (2-3g) and creatine (5g), I use caffeine and occasionally other stimulants in my pre-workout; my main combinations are:1. (caffeine or caffeine citrate or teacrine) + hordenine + PEA2. (caffeine or caffeine citrate or teacrine) + higenamine3. (caffeine or caffeine citrate or teacrine) + yohimbine (this causes intense vasodilation and pounding heart rate, best for interval training, essential in an intermittent fasted state in the AM with BCAAs, maybe 2 times a week, tops under exercise, watch your heart rate and back off for 2-3 minutes when it tops out)Your results may vary, I am not your doctor, don't kill yourself if you're out of shape and/or have family history of or existing high blood pressure, etc...I provide no stimulant dosing information because it's a personal risk you take and I'm not as confident throwing numbers around as I am for amino acids and creatine, but here's my point in bringing it up:L-citrulline seems to really take the negative edge off of stimulants in a pre-workout supplement, especially those that can raise blood pressure (not caffeine alone) because it's offsetting the vasoconstriction caused by things like PEA, hordenine, or higenamine.Back to the bedroom -- again, I am not your doctor, but if you are sufficiently healthy and acclimated to an effective dose of yohimbine and/or rauwolscine (I typically consume 3-6 mg of yohimbine and 0.5-1mg of rauwolscine using a supplement not available on Amazon from AllMax) and combine that with L-citrulline, agmatine, and beta alanine, 30 minutes before sex, you will probably be very impressed.

Lowers Blood Pressure
If you are on any blood pressure medication be really careful when taking this. I literally fainted a few times and it was super scary. I so wanted to like this, but not worth the risk.
