Is this certified organic? I don’t see a certification on the label which leads me to believe the company is using the term as part of the trademark.

Hot-water extracted???

I am not 100% sure but believe it is water extracted. I take these as well as 3 other super mushrooms for a liver disease and after less than a year all the liver levels are in the normal range. The label does not say but there are some on the market that do say water extracted.

I read it may cause cancer, is this true?

It's used to fight cancer as a homeopathic treatment for dogs & humans who have cancer (in Japan, it's given as part of their traditional cancer treatments).
