Very good rehab tool, found the item from a book ive been reading and useful for knots and trigger points. Also using it towards a book I’m using.

Really great for getting in to hard to reach spots !The fact that it’s wood is fantastic it’s warm and a little bit of oil and it feels amazing !!!

Excellent for trigger point work
I’m a professional massage therapist and this has saved my thumbs! Excellent little tool for trigger point work when you want to use deep sustained pressure on one point, especially if like me you have small hands and need to be careful of overusing your thumbs.

Excellent little product
Really good, especially for the price. Much easier to use than trying to press your thumbs into knots. Nicely grained, quality wood too, I'm impressed.

OK finish on the wood but not ergonomic
Wood has holes and the ergonomics of the product are lacking
