A. T. Cross Company Executive Styled Rollerball Pen, Bailey Black (CROAT0455S7)

Very nice pen. Pen has weight and feel in your hand. Cross ink is exceptal. Only draw back would be the cover doesn't want to stay on the pen body.

Sometimes when I order pens the first one I get has some sort of defect or I receive the wrong item. I end up sending it back and ordering another one that ends up being the exact one I wanted with no issues. Not with this pen. The first time I ordered it the pen cap would not stay on the tail end of the pen. Even the slightest movement would send it flying off. I sent it back and ordered another one (a roller ball version) and they sent me a ballpoint one instead. Very frustrating considering I love the way the pen writes and feels. But I will not be ordering another one since they can't seem to get the order right or send me one without a defect.

This is not a rollerball pen. There was an attached sticker on package states it was a rollerball. Original Cross manufacturer packaging clearly states it is a ballpoint pen.

Item delivered is not as advertised. This item clearly says it is a Cross Bailey line rollerball pen. Pen delivered was a non-Bailey ballpoint-only pen, not rollerball, that does not accept the gel or rollerball Cross refills. I see another reviewer complained of the same problem. BEWARE, this is only a ballpoint-style pen, not the Bailey rollerball.

I have it about a week and it's running out of ink. What a waste of money.
