Nail cutting, great product

When I first received these scissors, the curved one was very stiff to open and close. I used lubricating oil several times and even tried loosening the screw; it did not work. It was now outside of the 30 day warranty. I finally contacted this company and asked if they would consider a remedy - they did!They sent me a new scissor pack and didn't even charge me for shipping. I was floored! The curved scissors worked perfectly, were sharp and of good quality. In all the years I've shopped on Amazon, I have to say this company far exceeded their professional obligations; they treated the matter with total respect for my satisfaction and went beyond my expectations.I hope this review gives them a lot more business...because they certainly deserve it!

Both pairs blunt and useless for cutting nails within a couple of weeks. Deceptively nice packaging, poor quality products. Having to order another pair of nail scissors
