Q: I have 15mm fitting but it doesn't seem to be screwing on atall and just comes out if i pull on it gently. What do i need to do? Return as faulty?

The taps are 1/2 inch, you could by a 1/2 inch to 15 mm adaptor. Otherwise return and buy taps with 15 mm coupling.

Q: is there taxes and duty o this item when shipped to republic of Ireland

If goods are imported from the UK You will have to pay vat
