Before I bought these I was skeptical about the quality for the price but decided to purchase a pack anyway based on other reviews. I don't know if I got a bad batch or what but straight out of the plastic these were shedding like crazy. I couldn't run my hands down these without getting a handful of hair and uncovering horrible breakage. These would shower small hairs, many of which had split ends, all over my countertop. They felt and looked gross and left me questioning whether or not these are made entirely from human hair. Do yourself a favor and stear clear of these. Go to Etsy and get yourself some QUALITY dreads. They might be more expensive but they'll be worth it, unlike these.

This is real human hair. It dyes well, washes, dries. I saw a lot of people complain it was not real. Make sure you read the full title of the hair you choose. They were not stiff, or itchy. They are dreaded human hair, so I’m not sure why people complained about them being too stiff, maybe they haven’t had dreads before 🤷🏼‍♀️. They become softer over time. My advice would be to learn how to correctly install them and correctly tighten them with the provided hook that comes with the hair. As long as you do this properly these dreads are great!

My longest dreads are to my butt. But they're all different lengths related to where they are on my head and some have broken off as you can see, from using elastics. I never thought I'd use extensions but I'm happy I did. I only put them in the short ones to match the rest. They're human hair so I could dye them pink to match my 7 year old dreads. I also cut them in half. Perfect! These pics are before I installed them. I'll post after when it's not 3am! The extensions are awesome! So happy.

I loved them, you can dye them, blow dry them tighten and wash but DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRY AND REMOVE COLOR WITH BLEACH OR PEROXIDE THEY WILL DETERIATE! I wore em for three months my natural hair was pink when I put them in and with washing they turned pink so I tried lightening them.. they fried and I had to remove them. Otherwise they are 👌 awesome..

I ordered 4 packs. The color was perfect for my hair. The dreads are crocheted but not very tightly. I crocheted up tigter after washing them first. I backcombed my natural almost shoulder length hair and then used these to extend. I looked around online for days before deciding on these. Best price I could find for the amount. I've only had them in 3 days and so far so good. They do shed but I think as they tighten up that will stop.
