Works great, easy install.
This package is great. I was just going to get the softener until big package went on sale. I save money by buying to complete setup at once. Buying it this way is like getting the undercabinet reverse osmosis with tank and faucet for free for additional savings. 1st thing to note is that your filters will arrive in several shipments. Mine arrived in 5 separate shipments. I only received 1 tracking number. So when I tracked my order, it said it would arrive March 21. To my surprise, I got a partial shipment following the day I ordered it. Marked on the packages is a red label explaining that there will be other deliveries and just 1 tracking number. The last package arrived March 20..yes on a Sunday. All packages arrived in good condition and earlier than quoted. As for the install, it was also easy and straight forward. My house was ready for a water softener install along with a drain. Plumbing took about 2.5 hours total. Since the water softener unit I purchased is made with 1" lines, I used 1" pex and sharkbite push connectors to plumb it all together. I used 2 adapters to connect it to my home copper lines that are 3/4" lines. Plumbing parts cost me $468 tax included. Yes, 1" sharkbite connectors are expensive but easy to work with. Cheaper Plumbing can be had by either using Pex clamps or a 3/4" lines and reducing the Plumbing at each filter inlet and outlet. I choose to keep ot all uniformed. I saved a little money by turning the water softening unit "sideways". It eliminated 2 90 degree elbows which was about $40 in savings. I used about 15 feet of 1" PEX line. (About $15 worth). The cost is all in the connectors. Again, you can plumb it cheaper, but I wanted the ease of it. No leaks, all fittings installed great. I used Teflon tape and a very small dab of silicone for the threads. I used aquarium safe silicone. A small dab is about half a pea size. I wrapped the connectors with Teflon tape and evenly spread the silicone over the tape. This causes a small bead of silicone when the connectors are screwed in all the way, thus sealing it. No leaks. I let it dry overnight. In the morning, I completed the Plumbing to the house and followed the instructions in the manual. It took about 10 minutes for the water to run clear when flushing the carbon out of the lines. If you have a 2 story home, make sure you bleed out the air in all faucets, showers and toilets...especially on the second floor. If you don't, you can lose water pressure due to the trapped air. It happened to me. I simply opened up all faucets upstairs and opened the bypass for the water softener to get water flowing again. After all air was released from the lines, the unit had been working perfectly. We noticed the difference right away after initial setup of the water softener. It takes about an hour for this. You will notice it right away on the cold water side. To notice the hot water difference, it took us a day because of the old water inside of the water heater. We needed to use that water 1st before the softened water came through. I finished install on March 22 and we have been enjoying our system. Water feels and tastes great. No problems so far. Make sure you use the online calculator to program your unit. Ours will regenerate every 3600 gallons at 2am. Our hardness is at 267 in Las Vegas. Make sure that is programmed correctly. You don't want to waste water by regenerating unnecessarily. You will just waste water and salt. If any updates are needed, I will post it.

I’m very pleased with the quality
This is a good system. There was a learning curve that flooded the basement a couple times, but now that I know all the ins and outs, I’ll design my next house with all the backwashes and cleansing operations in mind. Worth calling the company and asking detailed questions, they were very helpful. There is a cleanse that happens every so many gallons (to be calculated per your use and tap quality) and there is also a backwash that needs to happen every 7-10 days. When ordering the product, soft water cleanse comes automated, but the backwash manual. Highly recommend buying the piece that automates the backwash as well so that everything is ready for your plumber. I didn’t know this so now my lines have to be redesigned to add the automation. And, of course make sure your drain is never frozen or clogged so those automated rinses don’t flood your mechanical room.

Entire assembly is high quality.
Very thorough system. Will take a decent understanding of plumbing to install correctly. Works great.

Don’t waste your money.
I purchased this system last year at the beginning of the pandemic, because my house has really hard, nasty water with a lot of chemicals. I used a PPM (parts per million) reader to test the raw water, which registered my water at 542 PPM. I also tested my neighbors treated water, which registered 35 PPM’s. My neighbor purchased a local water treatment system, which is clearly working. After I installed the system, I again tested the raw water from the outside faucet, prior to treatment. The water agin registered 545 PPM.I then tested the water from the sink, this was now treated water coming in to the house, treated by the Aquasure system. The water quality went dow to 505 PPM.Given the fact that the system was new and the was the possibility that I was testing old water that remained in the pipes, I waited a few weeks and performed the same test. The results were identical. After using a PPM reader, I purchased a water test kit to test the chemicals in my water. I again used the same method as before. I tested the raw water prior to treatment and I tested the water after treatment. The test strips showed no difference between the treated and untreated water.I contacted the company several times, they were quick to return my emails, with no solutions, but to their defense, the company did point out that the package came with a small Reverse Osmosis System. Great, as of this writing, I spent $1,500 dollars on a $150 R. O. System you can buy separately. As far as this, it only lowered my water quality by 40 PPM’s.Also, the head of one of the cylinders cracked. I’ve had a small leak since about two months after installation. This is unacceptable.I contacted the company to demand a refund, but I was denied it. I then asked to at least replace the system with a working one, that request was also denied. If you were in the fence for this system, save your money.Update, 2024.That small Killeen leak has turned into this. Also, the system wastes a lot of water flushing itself everyday. Be prepared for an excessive water bill. Please take a look at the updated photos of what the system looks like in Agee years. Getting rid of this bad investment and replacing asap.

Drinking straight from the faucet!!
I have well water (Florida stinky kind) which always deposited soot in my faucet aerators, not to mention the hardness and foul sulfur odor (even with the so called reverse osmosis retaining tank that my pump pulled from) and a sediment filter. These puppies took care of that. Set up with a bypass for easy maintenance (manual will show you how) and installed the pre-filter, charcoal filter, softener. And baby my water tastes amazing! Was buying cases and cases of water so we can drink. Not anymore. I’m happy with my investment. They were easy to install. (Use flexible 1” metal hoses instead of pvc to allow for better placement of filters. Shipment came in 5 boxes. Did not even use the reverse osmosis system they sent. No need, water tastes amazing. All in all I’m very satisfied with this purchase! (No leaks either)
