I use a dash of this in stews, soups, sauces and gravy. It really brightens the flavor of food. Just don't add too much. If you can taste it in the food then you added too much.If you are a good cook, adding a bit of msg makes the food taste like you are a great cook.Don't sprinkle it on food, though. You can't use it like table salt. It has to be used in soup, stew, sauce or gravy.

Can't find this stuff in the stores, thankfully amzon has it. Delicious salt replacement, and gives your asian dishes a more authentic flavor. Its good on anything salt would be good on too.

I love this. It has a great taste and it’s perfect to add to food to enhance flavor. Sealed nicely.

It’s a seasoning with an umami flavoring and it’s the cheaper version which is a good value for your money. It’s great with Asian dishes, I haven’t really tried it with anything else. Great with something like soy sauce, teriyaki, rice win vinegar or any combination of those dishes than need that umami kick. I only use three of four shakes per meal so it’s the right size for me as a single person who makes meals big enough for a few days. As long as the price is cheaper here than in the grocery store I’ll keep coming back.

Good size for a kitchen! And the granules are a medium size so it's easy to sprinkle on the appropriate amount.I found the dispenser convenient to use & the price was good.Thank you.
