Very nice product from Le Creuset
These are well crafted stoneware. They are microwaveable, oven safe as well. They go well with our Pasta Bowls (also made by Le Creuset). Both products are great for preparing a single portion meal in the oven. Solid heavy plates -- we love them. In fact we are reheating pizza in the oven -- as I write the review. Plates (as well as bowl) hold heat quite well - so your meal does not get cold.

Love these plates and bought so I had plates that I could put in the oven if need be. Good value for the money and most versatile.

Le Creuset quality really stands out
Really like these dishes. They really stand up to the Le Creuset trademark. Also the shipper packaged them perfectly for travel and delivered them the next day. I couldn’t be more pleased.

He ain’t heavy, he’s my dinner plate
Who is not a fan of this brand, LE Creuset. And NO, you do not pronounce the T at the end. Now while I love the brand, I prefer Staub products for cookware. I love Emil Henry plates, but the kind are discontinued and not the everyday collection. However, if you do not want to pay a fortune for discontinued plates and want a very high-quality well-made dinner plate try these out and they’re such a hefty weight. You gotta work out in as you’re moving them from your cabinet to your sink or dishwasher.

Poor Quality
Do not purchase these plates. They do not live up to the Le Creuset standard of quality. We’ve been using ours for less than a year and they are covered in scratches from basic use. We are beyond the return window and Le Creuset will not work with us on a refund or exchange for this poor quality.

classic style and look
I switched my entire set to these, the look is classic french bistro, clean and classic. The plate is solid thick and not wimpy, 10/10

Warning about Open Box
This is not Le Creuset’s fault - their quality is great, but a general warning on purchasing Open Box on Amazon. These are not being properly vetted. I ordered two sets. The non open box was perfect, the second one has obviously been replaced with cheap plates - Greenbrier is a dollar store brand.
