INTEX 28032E Pool Cover: for 15ft Round Metal Frame Pools – Includes Rope Tie – Drain Holes – 10in Overhang – Snug Fit

We ordered the 15 ft for our 15 ft intex pool. At first it seemed too tight to stay on but once the pool was full of water and it floated and stretched after a few days, it works great! It has drain holes for when it rains and we added a few clamps around the sides to ensure nothing slips. We’ve tried lots of different options but so far this cover has been perfect. Had this cover over year and threw the winter storms snow still brand new looking no rips and tears and the straps is what helps keep it tight on the poles

This wasn’t my favorite purchase, as the cover liked to come off my pool a lot and the string did not really do anything. We bought some cheap clamps at the store and put them on the side with the pool cover on and worked great!

A few months ago, I noticed my old cover looking like it needed replacing, so I ordered a new one, at the same price, but from a different company. A few days ago, I changed out the covers, laying out the new one to warm up and stretch out. It still comes nowhere close to reaching over the edges, so when I pull one side, it comes off the other. Do you have any clue how annoying/frustrating/infuriating it is to play a stupid game of tug of war with yourself where you are walking back and forth, pulling as lightly as possible, and the piece of human excrement just keeps pulling off the other side? So I decided to clip it to the vinyl, which makes it about a foot less diameter, plus the cover doesn’t have to go over any edges, so it should reach easily, right? No it doesn’t. In fact, I go back out and the pool cover now has 8 holes ripped in each of those spots. Not only is the cover not able to reach the edge of the pool, but the quality sucks so bad, it tears, even with the use of wide rubber clips. My old one has clips in it from where I attached the straps for the cover reel, and it still never ripped, despite hundreds of times being pulled on as it reeled in and out. Don’t buy this piece of trash. I’m so mad I didn’t try it out sooner so i could return it. I might spend the postage to send it back anyways. I miss the time where people actually took pride in their product and didn’t use lies, blatantly inaccurate photos, and amazon to cheat people out of their hard earned money. I thought, as a middle man, it was amazon’s job to ensure the customers weren’t getting scammed.

Does not fit snuggly. I purchased 10’ cover for 10’ Intex pool (the one the cover shows it should fit). it’s quite a process to get the cover on by yourself because one side will slip off before you can get the entire cover on correctly. A second person to hold the opposing side in place would be helpful.Once on, it is not secure. I have the “elastic” strings as tight as I can get them, but a good breeze will catch the cover and pull it right off.. if only there were some sort of wat to anchor it down/attach to pool frame? It’s definitely not able to do its job of keeping debris out of the pool, unfortunately.I decided to buy the solar cover that also fits this pool. I am hoping that will do a better job!
