I've been using this product for about a week, and I've noticed a positive change in how my knee feels during my workouts. I also seem to feel ready for my lifts more quickly. This works so well!I’m not one to make reviews about anything but this supplement works!I’m an avid yoga student and I’ve had several tendinitis in my elbows and in my thumbs. I recently had surgery for Golfer’s elbow in my right arm. Due to the pain and the surgery I had to step out from my mat for several months. I recently came back and my hands and wrist started hurting, as well as my left elbow tendon. I read about natural Anti-inflammatory herbs and supplements and this showed up in my feed. I was skeptical at first but after two weeks of taking I’m truly impressed! I’m so thankful for this product because I can do yoga without pain now.

Made joints ache worse than they already did. Stiffing tendants to the point that it was Is unbearable to walk. May have been an allergic reaction to something in it.But this is a warning to everyone

I used the bottle in it's entirety. There are nonnegative side effects, at least for me (an moderately atheltic healthy female). However I took this because I was having some hip and wrist issues. However, I also went to a chiropractor, stretched daily, used heating pad, stem treatment, massotherapy and worked on building mobility. I cannot not attest to it soley but thought, "hey any help is help." I feel better and perform back to my standards.
