Took some time to put on but that was expected overall very happy with the product
I'm gonna give 5 stars because it is a quality product, however, it does have a slight sag over the front seats. Nothing major but makes it a little louder than my factory top. Took some time to put on but that was expected overall very happy with the product!

Missing all hardware and any instruction to install!!!!
This product came with no instructions and missing all of the mounting hardware, specifically the main three sets of brackets to attach it. it will go on the jeep but has no cable brackets, no fliptop brackets and no rear bar brackets. all are needed for it to operate as advertised. I should have just bought the best top trektop. Now I either need to find the brackets online somewhere and purchase them or take the top off and reinstall my factory top. So far this has been a huge waste of my time.

Check all parts before putting on
Took almost 6 hours to put on just to find out a zipper was broken. I just needed a back replacement window for the zipper part but the manufacturer has not gotten back to me despite my emails. I may return and not purchase again if I don’t hear back

Can't report breakage
I bought a Pavement Ends by Bestop 56843-35 Black Diamond Frameless Sprint Top for 2010-2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited through Amazon, and tried to install it this weekend. The instructions weren't the clearest, but I muddled through. Got everything done, laid back the "sunroof" over the front seats, took a ride around the block, then it looked like rain. When I went to close the front of the top, I heard a metallic ping, then the driver side went slackish. Investigation showed the driver-side cable had snapped just in front of the spring at the rear and was laying on the ground about 8 feet away.Went to my Amazon Orders, clicked the link to the manufacturer's website to report it, and every time I click Submit, it gives me an error message, so I can't report it.This needs to be replaced immediately, please. It is totally unacceptable for something like this to fail the first time it's used!! I have pictures of the broken parts.Thank you.

Way better than expected.
I very rarely leave product reviews, but in reading the other reviews, I feel that this top is unfairly shat upon. The guy who didn't get a bracket pack with the instructions in it has a right to be annoyed, but that doesn't address the merits of the top. Do your research first and understand that you need a factory soft top with all the hardware to make this work properly. Not all of the hardware is re-used, by the way, just the windshield channel (with ALL the screws), door surrounds, tailgate bar and tailgate bar retainer clips. Your research will also tell you that Pavement Ends is also owned by Bestop and that this top uses the same fabric and design to the Trektop. I paid $387 for this top and it installed flawlessly. The only extra advice I would give is:1) Spend a little time fully removing the old foam tape at the corners of the factory windshield channel. I didn't and I pretty much tried to attach the new tape to old granulated foam I careless tried to tear off, which means I wasted the foam the new top provided.2) Dremel off spring loaded brackets on the old surrounds that locate the pivot point for flipping back the front portion of the OEM soft top. You get a better fit and look. The pin that holds this bracket on is pressed in and I couldn't figure out how to back the pin out, so in order to preserve the strength of the surround, I cut the bracket off rather than cut into the plastic.3) Dremel off the 1/2" risers towards the rear corner of the OEM surrounds (OEM on a 2012+ anyway). Again, it improves the look, seal, finish and eases installation.Added bonus, because this top has like 90% fewer moving parts, it is silent. My old OEM top squeaked and rattled endlessly. The silence going over bumps and terrain is amazing. I did notice some pooling of water on the top after a rain, but it's not a lot of water and there are aftermarket solutions for that like the Prop Top if you care. I do not. This is seriously a good top for the money. If you already have an OEM top that is tired or worn or some scumbag sliced it open trying to get inside, this is your reasonably priced answer.

Most parts missing
Product from valuevalet arrived in damaged box with most of the parts missing. Could not install, now I have to either return or work with bestop to get missing parts. Very disappointed

Awesome soft top.. For the price!!!
It fits perfectly... I had a hard top, now with this one on it seems like I'm saving bit of gas. If you already have the door surrounds, tailgate surround and the factory windshield you should be good to go. And it looks great!!!

Hate it
It says it includes crossbars for tight fit, my package didn't even come with any of that. Now anytime I want to drive down the road for at least over 40 mph with my windows closed the dam top floats like it's meant to be the top part of a hot hair balloon, and the sewing ripped where its suppose to hold the wire to tighten the top, and its just bugging the crap out of me that everytime I drive I'm forced to put my windows down so it won't look stupid
