Great prouct!
Great prouct! Arrived well packaged and of good quality. I am an advid baker. I highly recommend this product for your delicate bakes, it is wonderful. What makes this product so great is that after sifting, it becomes as light as a feather. My product was moist, of good texture and baked with a little less time in my oven.

White Lily self rising flour
I have always made biscuits with all purpose flour, but ordered White Lily to see if there was any difference. It made a far superior biscuit. Very light and fluffy

Lightest protein content flour I have found yet.
Of course, it depends on what you want your biscuits to do. I don't want to make sandwiches with them, or expect them to soak up a cup of gravy. These are light, fluffy, slightly crispy on the exterior... in short: PERFECT. Follow the directions on the bag. I use my bare hands, and spread my fingers out as I knead the dough ball for the lightest touch.
