These are the only vitamins compacted with exactly what I need. In the past, i've had to get several different vitamins and now i can have one! I love the packaging. Super unique and convenient. So I can remember if I took my vitamin that day, I put one on top of the metal lid every evening and cover it with the paper cap. Please don't change!!!!!!!

Good stuff easy to swallow and effective

I have been taking this for three weeks and I feel great. I used to be good about taking vitamins and supplements but somewhere in the last few years, I fell off. About a year ago I cut back significantly on meats. I didn't realize why I was so tired until a friend told me about this supplement and I thought I may not be getting all of my vitamins and nutritional needs. I have more energy and just feel more balanced overall. Will be buying more.

My doctor said I had low vitamin d levels and recommended I take a supplement. When I originally ordered from this seller it was a raspberry flavored dissolving tab and those were great. These are just as good as far as effect goes and they’re easier to have in a pill case as well. My overall mood has improved a ton and my levels are all normal.

I have been taken Solid Roots since February 20, 2019. This vitamin is easy to swallow, doesn't have any offensive odors, nor does it repeat on me. Since taking this vitamin I have felt a change in my health, I feel more alert and have more energy since taking it. I would absolutely recommend this vitamin to others. Oh and I have! :-)

I was taking a mixture of different vitamins before using Solid Roots Essential Vitamins. I stopped using others and just taking solid Roots this last week, and feel more energized and full of spunk. Thank you. Great product. Will tell my friends and family.

Product arrived and when I opened it there was loose powder all over the inside. There were at least 10 capsules that were completely empty with their powder all over the container.
