Did your gir product turn white when pinched? mine did and curious why if it’s 100% platinum cured silicone.

I have 2 of these (different sizes) and neither has turned white - when pinched or any other time. I love the larger spatula and use it almost exclusively.

Which size do you recommend for flipping eggs?

I have the mini, and it's large enough to flip a one-egg omelet or a sunnyside egg. Might be small for your purposes. Great product!

For the gir manufacturer - what oversight do you have for the chinese production facility, particularly in terms of chemicals used?

I don’t know about what chemicals are used. I don’t have any knowledge about the Chinese factory that produces this product. Mostly everything we buy in America is made in China unfortunately, and sometimes we end up with an inferior product, but it’s cheaper price wise. Our government was sold out years ago.
