i do love jerky & am willing to try just about anything that is jerky. these do taste great but alittle too peppery ...i love me some spice too byt pepper can overpower everything else if not careful. if i eat some that has the extra pepper kick-i cant taste anything else. other than that they are really good, nice thick pieces, chewy not brittle at all. would i buy again! YES YES TES! i do have to be careful be careful because i have animals who enjoy jerky too & when i make it they know they are getting some but this was just alittle too much for them.

they were very thin , easy to bite but not like I thought jerky would be,

I purchased this as a gift for each of my three brother's when I was visiting a jerky shop. So glad I found this brand on Amazon as now I can purchase and have it shipped right to them!I've been told the flavor is delicious and my one brother drops hints all the time about how good that jerky was...yes, I now get it every year for him at Christmas.
