Philley Aluminum Ultra-Light Eyeglass Case Hard Shell Nearsighted Glasses Case for Women & Men

I like this case. I ordered it in Blue. It was delivered quickly and did not disappoint. I just purchased my first set of glasses after 30+ years of not needing any. I am going through some issues and needed them to drive. (We won't even talk about the cost of eyewear!)This case is METAL...probably Aluminum, but definitely sleek, and light. It was well-stamped, or machined and the fit and finish was excellent. The padding on the inside is very thin but is also very soft....seems like velvet. I do not think this will be an issue as the case is metal. I was pleasantly surprised overall and would recommend this case.I cannot make assumptions about sizing as it relates to YOUR glasses. I have half-frames...meaning my glasses are pretty thin and light. As a test, I put a pair of sunglasses in the case and they fit. At the price point that they are selling this case, You Can't Go Wrong.

what a nice surprise! I am loving this case. Hard shell protecting my glasses, lightweigh keeping my bag light, sleek design, black soft interior and smooth closure, feeling like a quality product - absolutely enjoy using it! I bought the red color, which is amazing, but it was a difficult choice!

First time purchasing from brand. And it was delivered well and safe! Threw the flimsy open glasses case for my glasses I received after the appointment wasn’t exactly the secured kind of casing. The cleaning cloth was definitely a nice free little piece with the glasses case. It definitely is worth the money for sure. I say the appeal of it is simple, nothing flashy. Which I enjoy much! The bulkiness is too much or too little, just right to fit into most of carry on bags! I got the purple one since it’s my favorite color as it matches my prescription glasses too! 👍

Well made worked with my new slim frame glasses

Well made lightweight case to hold eye glasses. Too big for a shirt pocket, so I need to keep in my pants pocket. However, the aluminum case is very smooth and easily slips out of my pocket making it very easy to lose. I wish there was someway to attach a lanyard or clip to keep it attached to my clothing when it does slip out. Perfect if you keep the case in your purse or briefcase since the hard case does protect the glasses. Since I intended to keep in my pants pocket, I wont be using the case much

Bought this for my very thin, very lightweight Austrian-made frame with my new Rx progressive lenses (post recent cataract surgery). They fit perfectly in the case and don't move around inside as long as you leave the folded microfiber cleaning cloth that came with it (or the like) inside. The case looks good and is extremely lightweight. Sounds great, right? WRONG!!! Upon arrival today I opened the manufacturer's thin cardboard box (which, by the way, was damaged due to inadequate shipper's packaging) and pulled out the case which was wrapped with thin tissue paper. The case slid right out of the paper and landed on the floor (fortunately carpeted). I bent down to pick it up and it slipped out of my hand the 1st try. I used both hands on the 2nd try and got it back in hand, although still very slippery. Just then, my wife walked in and I reached over to her to show her how light it was. Guess what happened next? As I was handing it over, she reached for it and it slipped right out of her hand also. It needs to have some texture to negate the slick surface which, by the way, feels more like plastic than metal, as numerous other reviewers have mentioned. My initial rating would have been 4 stars, possibly even 5 stars except for the slippery finish. I'm debating whether to keep or return the case. I'll probably try it out for a few days, making sure I don't handle it over a hard surface with my glasses inside. I'm also a little concerned about the durability, since it is so very thin. Maybe I should buy some of that sticky substance that football players use to keep from dropping the ball. LOL

Just what I needed!A small, but sturdy eye-glass case to carry in a small 'stadium approved' purse; slim design is great.
