Minka-Aire P001022000S Receiver, Dark Green for Select Discontinued Minka Aire Fans

Our Minke fan remote stopped working (or so I thought). After re-syncing the remote I discovered that the fan would get stuck on speed 2 selection, and would not respond to the remote after that. I took a chance on the problem being in the receiver (since it’s much cheaper than a new fan, and our model is not being produced anymore).FIRST, TURN OFF THE BREAKER POWER TO THE FAN. Then I pulled the whole fan assembly down = remove 2 screws and loosen the other 2 so you can rotate the base and pull it down. Then you can hang the whole fan assembly on a hook hidden on the base plate. And the receiver swaps out easily, just match the 2 power wires (color coded) and the 3 control wires (colors again) using the twist connectors provided, then put the fan assembly back onto the base plate, replace the screws. Voila!!Great price. Easy solution. Thanks!

The receiver was fine, but it was not the correct one to repair the light I have. I ordered this one after speaking directly with the manufacturer of the light who gave me an incorrect part number. Thus the return.

My fan wall remote was not working. I called Minka tech person at their 1-800 and they provided part number I needed. I verified the part by taking fan down. I also tested the fan without the receiver to make sure fan worked. I did this by wiring the fan via an extension cord. I cut the end of a cheap cord I purchased from dollar store and connected to fan and plugged into wall. Fan worked. Ordered exact part. Received 7 days earlier than shipping stated (good thing). Hooked everything up and connected to wall remote by following instructions. Everything works beautifully. Very happy with Minka, the seller and Amazon.

This was a replacement for a controller that had gone ten toes up. It was easy to install and it worked even though it was quite fiddly to program, the issue is that after a day, it has to be reset. It just looses connection to the Minka Aire fan. The trick is to go to the toggle switch on the wall and turn it off and on, then it works, albeit for a day. I use it with the Bond but I experience the same issue with the remote. I will likely reach out to the seller, just haven’t had the time yet.**UPDATE** I went to the Amazon Link to contact the seller. It takes you to a stupid AI generated generic video that does not tell you anything but to turn it off and on at the breaker. There is no other link to ask the seller a question; this is very poor customer service. How am I supposed to determine if this needs to be returned for being defective or not? The stars have just come down to one. This was supposed to be the solution, not the source more problems.

Every once in awhile it switches to high speed all by itself!!!

I dis liked the early failure after new install of the fan assembly 4 years ago. I liked the ease of replacement of this remote control receiver. There is an "Outdoor" version as well for the Minka-Aire outdoor fans. Indeed, i was sent the outdoor version in lieu of the indoor. Works just fine. shipping was prompt from the Family Owned replacement parts company. Verification of the part needed was done with Minka-Aire's customer service. I'm very satisfied with that conversation as well.

Works perfectly, fit perfect. For a minka f711 fan (Delano II).For customers who have issues with the fan turning on all by itself, try another channel. I had this problem and it turned out to be my garage door openers causing the fan to come on. i switched channels and the problem is gone.
