Got the customized version with a personalized engraving for my babygirl - she absolutely loved it. The song plays nicely and is super fitting since it happens to be a favorite of ours, the artwork on the box is soft and expressive enough to handcraft a visual idyll.I wanna thank the manufacturer for helping me deliver a meaningful experience that lived up to the intention.

Bought this for my wife first Christmas, this is the song we danced at out wedding. She cried, 100% worth the smile.

Maybe I didn’t read the description, when I saw it was delivered via notifications I saw a tiny bag on my front doorstep and thought “what in the world is that” but it was the teeniest tiniest music box, TOTALLY LEGIT !!!! My 5 year old is OBSESSED with Elvis and this was the best thing she ever received looks fragile and plays beautifully she’s taking great care of it lol plays it every night before bed <3 she had tears in her little eyes when she first played it <3

All in all this is a cute little very little box. The etching is fantastic. Not what I expected when I received it. Thought it would be a bit bigger. The crank handle is loose and hardly turns the reel and you can’t really tell what melody it’s playing.

The media could not be loaded.  I was expecting that the product would work correctly, but when the lid wouldn't open for about 20 minutes, it was impossible to reach out to the lazers edge for customer service. I contacted the phone number provided through Amazon and it was inactive, in the contact number on the official website lead me to a mobile phone user who had no connections to the lazers edge. After using a very small screwdriver I was able to get the top to open, but it was quite tedious not having any means to contact the seller.Although, regardless of the minor mishap, the sound that comes from the music box is very elegant and soothing. The woodwork was very well made as well as the tune. I am very satisfied with the product itself but not at all satisfied with the inexistent customer support. Because no other consumer posted a video for reference I have posted one with my review.

I bought this as a gift for my husband as this was our wedding song. He’s not an overly emotional person and it definitely made his eyes water. It’s sturdy and works perfectly. For the personalization I used a quote from a favorite movie. Would recommend for an anniversary or Christmas gift for an older relative who loves the song or used it as a wedding song like we did!

These are beautifully made little music boxes. They sound great and they are fun to add to a music box collection. They are also very well made.

Liked everything about this product. Size was fine, I actually like that it was on the smaller side (made it seem more intricate). The sound was nice and crisp as well.
