It can be. We have beehives in our Apple orchard and use this to spray our trees. We wait until after petal drop and only spray at dusk.

This kills all insects that are interested in your leafy bushes, shrubs, trees, garden, and all other types of plants, above ground is the focus. Grubs would be another Poison that soaks into the ground and kills that type of pest.

It kills white flies in ornamentals

Had a large infestation of whiteflies on my ornamental bushes. Used 4oz per gallon and sprayed the top and more importantly the underside of the leaves. It has been a week and not one sign of them except the dead ones!!!! So satisfying I will do another application tomorrow but very happy with the results
