Received this item fast, and it was easy to install. It takes some time, so if you have no patience or get frustrated easily, hire a pro and pay a ridiculous sum to get it done. Otherwise, the seller provides technical support, which I used a bunch of times during this replacement, and he responds quickly to questions. I hope I don't have to replace these again anytime soon, but if I do I'll be getting them here. There's no good reason to throw away a good machine or spend an exorbitant amount of money to replace a washer when you can spend a few bucks and repair it yourself. The only pointer is take your time doing the replacement, if you don't press the bearing in evenly it can cause the housing to crimp. I also replaced the drive belt when the unit was opened, hopefully the unit will function fine for a number of years.
