Works well.
I am prone to anal fissures and the doctor recommended sitting in a bathtub or dish pan to soak the area daily. The tub idea seemed like a waste of water and the dish pan idea worked, but I thought this would be a better alternative. At first I was not sure if this was much better than squatting in a dish pan, but now I like it. The best parts are that it fits a regular sized toilet seat so there are no worries about over filling and there is sufficient depth to add a fish tank aerator stone. I have not used the included bulb and tube to wash the area because I find the aerator stone makes sufficient bubbles with no effort from me.

Not what I was expecting
The pump doesn’t come with the seat and it didn’t mention that in the description.

Fits With Bidet
This sitz bath is an excellent one if you need to use it with a bidet that's attached to your toilet (I have a Brondell). The only reason I didn't give a five star rating is because the nozzle where the water comes out is a *little* too tall. Sometimes, if you get too relaxed, you'll find the nozzle is right up against you if not touching you

FLUSHER NOZZLE IS WAY TOO "HIGH" OUCH !!!!!!
The H&W sitz bath has a design flaw. The nozzle at the end of hose is too "high", there are a front & back position, of course I use the back. When I sit, the nozzle stick you right up there,( it hurts). The nozzle & water level are same height. You have to fill the sitz bath over the highest level to cover nozzle, when you sit, the water over flows & the nozzle stick you up there, not pleasant. I've had to arrange my sitting position to avoid uncomfortable situation. I would not recommend it, especially to oversize persons. I have order another sitz bath, this one is colaspable and has a way lower nozzle ( nozzle is fat & short, not pointed ) I will see how this works out, when I get it. It's just the "NOZZLE" I've issues with, that's why I gave it 3 stars.

No instructions
This is the first sitz bath I've bought so I was at a loss how to use it. It came with NO instructions! We still have no idea if it sits on top of the toilet seat or under it. My husband has been using it on top and he said he covers the areas that need to be soaked SO I guess that's ok. The bulb keeps coming disconnected and we have no idea how to use the hook that came with it! All in all, I would not buy it again.

Comfort
The product fits in your body which makes it far more comfortable then a regular flat sitz bath basin.

Saved me during pregnancy
I developed hemorrhoids at 35 weeks during pregnancy and was in agony! I would fill this with Sitz twice a day and relax for 20 minutes. The little water pump thing didn't work, but I didn't care. The tub for over my toilet bowl and was easy to clean.
