They work great for sliding furniture back and forth when vaccuming and keep the foot marks out of the carpet.

Sheepishly I have to admit that I bought cheaper sliders, TWICE. And now I am buying all the super sliders. Why? Because they work better on all surfaces. I wouldn't use them on finished wood, though as I think they might scratch. I am using them on my concrete pad and will use them on the carpet that is coming soon. The others simply did not give me the ability to slide heavy objects by myself - these do. I am glad amazon carries a good line up as I can not get them locally near me.

These are true "magic" sliders. They are self adhesive and great to put on bottom of heavy furniture like beds, dressers, etc. These are 2-3/8" so they cover more floor surface and making it more sturdy and easy to move. I built a custom TV stand with a granite top and I put these on the base stand, which is made out of 1" thick plywood and covered with granite, and with the 65" TV on top and I can slide the whole unit across the floor of the family room. I also used them on the legs of my king bed and they make it easy to move the bed back away from the nightstands bridge headboard whenever I need to change the sheets.

This is a very high quality slider for heavy items. I'm using them on a stacked 200 Lb Amplifier/Power Plant stand on a laminate floor and the stand just glides when pulled or pushed. The only criticism is that once the adhesive grabs it's VERY difficult to remove or adjust. Other than that they're excellent and much better than the off branded ones I've tried.

This is a great product making moving heavy furniture and appliances an easier task.

Excellent results from this product. Bought 2 sets, total 8 sliders to go under the legs of a pair of twin, iron bed frames with triple-layer latex mattresses. Total weight about 250 lbs on each bed. Sitting on beautifully refinished soft-pine floors which we didn't want to damage. Moving the beds on ordinary adhesive felt leg-cushions took two people pushing hard to slide them apart at sheet-changing time. With these Magic Sliders, my wife can slide the beds apart or push them together by herself. No evidence of any damage to the pine-floor finish. They really did the job! A local big-box store wanted 3x the price to special order the same sliders. Glad to find them on Amazon at such an affordable price! Came fast; very satisfied with this purchase.

We bought these for the chest freezer in our garage and had hoped it would allow us to slide it on the smooth concrete floor to a different spot in the garage. Well, that proved to be a no-go as these did not slide at all, even though the concrete is very smooth and slippery. These may work on smotther surfaces, but i think teh results would likely be miserably the same then.

Put these on the bottom of a dresser that is in front of a doorway where an air conditioner filter has to be placed every month. Used something else that really didn’t work and then I saw these. They work like magic. Every month this dresser moves withe ease. Filters are changed. Everything stays in the dresser. Problem solved.
