Much better than CO2PO junk it replaces
I had the CO2PO double body that came with my keg system, and they are JUNK!! They won't hold constant pressure, and my blow out valve stripped out after tripping in less than six months. So, I bought this one, and so far, very impressed. It's built very solid, seals easy, and actually holds the fricking pressure you set it to! You'd set the CO2PO, and as soon as you opened your valve, pressure would drop. Not so with this unit, I set it at 10 PSI, and it's been rock solid for a week now. It is true, the knobs are VERY hard to turn, but they are extremely solid, and they hold where you want them, so small price to pay. They even have lock nuts, so you can lock in your setting. I'd prefer if the keg connection piece was a few inches shorter, as it's almost 14 inches total, keg to end of regulator. Not a big deal, but in a small space, makes a difference.

Great quality for the price.
Works well and I can keep my kegs at different pressures.

Great customer service!
I had some issues with the first regulator shipped to me. When hooked up to my kegerator I found myself going through CO2 faster than I should have. I reached out to the company and they replaced it under the warranty with no fuss and within a week of my email. The new one is working great with no issues. I use it with a 5 pound tank and recommend using a bungee cable or something else to tie it down as the regulator does make it top heavy.Bottom line is I would recommend using products from this company due to the great service that I received.

Impossible.
The regulator was impossible to use. It came with the valves so tight they were impossible to turn. My faucet wrench broke trying to loosen it, and I cut myself in the process. It was miserable. After about an hour and three wrenches I was able to loosen the valve. When I finally got it loose, it got stuck in the open position. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. I have worked with many regulators in the past, and I know how they should work. I am so angry with this purchase.

Changing my rating to 4 stars. Product failed 1 week after warranty ran out
Product failed 1 week past warranty but seller reached out to me and refunded my purchase price. So changed my 1 star rating to 4. Customer service really good!

Best bang for your buck
Keep the styrofoam packaging so you can keep gas lines attached and just wrap around the styrofoam packaging. It keeps the regulator very secure and protected during transport. The regulator itself is constructed of high quality materials (heavy in your hand) and the dials allow for easy fine tuning of CO2 levels. The product arrived very quickly and was in pristine shape.Highly recommended all around.

Inconsistent pressure and dial very difficult to turn
I am using this on my beer keezer. One regulator is for the three beers on tap and the second regulator is for force carbonating a beer 'on deck'. At first, the dial for setting pressure was stiff but workable, but after six weeks one of the two is so hard to turn that I have to use a wrench sometimes. Also after I set a pressure, it seems to drift over time by five or more PSI. There is a large difference in pressure depending on whether I am dialing pressure up or down. If I am dial up in pressure to say 15 PSI and later try to dial pressure down, I have to turn the dial quite a bit before the pressure actually drops to say 12 PSI. So it looks like it is set to 12 PSI now, but if I momentarily pull the release valve the pressure will drop to 5 PSI and stay there. Likewise, If it looks to be set at 12 PSI and I dispense some beer, the pressure will drop to 5 when I thought it was set to 12.Bottom line is that it is way to stiff to turn the pressure dial and it is not accurate or consistent. I should have returned it, but I am past the one month return window.
