Great line
Great line. It casts smoothly and performs well. The only problem I have with it, it seems to wear a little quicker compared to the green as in the coating wears off quicker it seems, but I love the visibility of the color so I'll deal with it. The 30 lb weight is perfect for steelhead and salmon when running a 12-20 lbs mono or fluorocarbon bumper or leader.

cast smooth
true uses of power pro , if you like small diameter with good breaking strength for casting then this is the line ,have tried all the others and power pro out performs all , slick 8 and v 2 are good also but they have there uses ,i fish light line from 10 to 50 depending on my rods and what i am fishing for , mostly snook trout and game fish fresh and salt casting long distances ,when trolling offshore i stick with a good mono for stretch when that dolphin or sail decides to run just my opinion,, , when fishing snapper 50 feet or so i use power pro also , i prefer a good fluorocarbon leader 4 ft is nice helps hide the line , i buy deferent colors to match the water clarity , but mostly moss green ,seems to be a good all around color ,if you cast up wind in windy conditions you may get a wind not especially if over full reel but just take a second roll the line in your fingers and get some slack in the not and work free its not hard , but some times i can sling a 1/4 once paddle tail jig about 300 feet with no problem and distance makes a big deterrence when covering a lot of water , never sprayWD 40 or penetrants on the line it may distort or dissolve the quality of it and wash the grease from your reel also ,, rinse the reel and line with fresh water and thats good enough when in salty conditions it will last for long time i have reels with 2 year old line and works like day 1 ,i can say its been good line pricey but good i hope this helps ,

Power Pro vs EZ Braid
Very good line. Am fairly new to the modern braids but am experimenting. Compared to Spiderwire EZ Braid this line is smoother and casts a bit better. I also think it is a little more abrasion resistant. It does cost a little more but I think it is worth the difference.

High Performance.
I always use Power Pro. Narrow profile, no memory, super strong. That's what I needed, that's what I got.

Great line.
Strong. Easy to see. Seems to greatly reduce bird strikes/entanglements. Has held up very well.
