As advertised. Worked on my dual axle trailer with surge disc brakes.
As advertised. My old one had a bad brake master cylinder, pushrod and back up solenoid so basically those parts bought separately are as much as the whole plug and play unit here. One thing I did notice is that the fit is TIGHT. I greased it up and got it to slide into position but it was close. Nonetheless it still allows the proper activation of the brakes with the weight of the trailer etc so I'm sure it will loosen up a bit over time. As it stands now, for example, if I back my trailer into its parking spot, and then release the hitch, this unit remains stuck in the pushed back (brakes on) position. This isn't a great scenario for long term storage (I'm told but not convinced) but its rectified by pulling forward a bit quickly then releasing it. Again I am sure it wears in over time and loosens up a bit but worth letting anyone know about the situation. That said, its great and a great price. Would buy again if I ever needed to do so.

Not quite direct replacement
If you have a 3x3 inch tongue most likely you will have to notch the bottom of the frame in order for the new unit to fit. The newly-designed master cylinder sits lower then the older design causing it to hit the bottom frame rail. A half inch wide by 3 inch long notch should do it but is a PITA. If you have a 3x4 inch tongue you should be good to go. Quality is superb.

Success
The product was an exact fit for my replacement .the difficulty was hooking a brake line up to the master cylinder I think it was my trailer design but took me a while to get it hooked up but works like a champ would recommend this to anyone needing this part
