I would have given minus 5 star rating to the company who is selling this product.Sadly there is no such option available.The product itself is excellent no issues with it .For a month the Amazon customer care kept telling different stories starting from me not being at home to the package getting misplaced to it breaking and again getting misplaced...Very poor performance by the seller and the delivery agent.Atleast honest answers should be provided.
