I have a Malibu and other company's outdoor low-voltage light system and these LED bulbs fit perfectly in the T5 socket. A fantastic replacement. The standard filament bulbs fail in about a year and need replacement and are high wattage to get a brighter light where I need it. These led bulbs are more expensive but lower wattage that allows me to safely install more lights and have much brighter lights where needed. Especially nice for uplighting for plants/trees. I also use them on my pergola and patio roof - very nice! Since I just got these, I cannot comment on longevity, but my experience with other LED lights and reviews gives me high expectations for long life. I will be buying more to replace filament bulbs and may get lower wattage bulbs for areas were I don't need as much brightness.

I used this product for under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. They operate using 12vdc and provide very uniform lighting along the underside of the cabinets. One section used six bulbs and the other seven bulbs. They draw minimum power, produce very little heat, and can be left on providing comfortable lighting. Made a BIG difference in the kitchen. In addition, switching to LED lighting helps the environment by saving electricity. Consider making this a bright spot in your life!!

Initially there was a constant flicker with our under cabinet light. However, after the bulbs burned in for two or three days the flicker disappeared. My light fixture has both high and low brightness settings. Although not rated for dimming, the bulbs work fine with both intensities. The brightest setting isn't quite as bright as the original xenon bulbs but is about 5000K daylight and more than adequate. The big plus is power consumption and heat: the xenon bulbs burned very hot but these LED ones are just a little warm to the touch. I would purchase again.

These T5 bulbs are impressive. They feel rubber coated and that could offer more resistance to the outdoor elements. They are nice and bright for a small landscaping type bulb. I would recommend these because the incandescent equivalents do not last. You can see from the pic they light my path really well. They were easy to install as well.

I used the 6000K daylight white version to replace 20 incandescent under counter lights supplied with 12VAC. They were difficult to get in the sockets, but once in they worked fine. About four months later, the string flickered. I isolated the bad bulb; replacing it eliminated the flicker.I ordered the 3000K warm white to update another under counter. This order was also difficult to install; I used a screwdriver to widen the socket to get a few in. This string flickered, no matter what combinations of bulbs I used. At times, the lights would flash but would not stay on. After making sure all the bulbs were seated, and trying various combinations, I gave up and returned to the incandescent bulbs that work fine.Both under counters use identical hardware; a transformer that steps 120VAC down to 12VAC. I'm giving up for now and returning these. Maybe I'll try again in a few years.

The light is wonderful and bright However the “glass” turns out to be a silicone/other. Some of my ground lights have been chewed by ground squirrels? I do not know if they have a certain smell or it’s just from being bright that they chew on them? I have to replace two out of 12. But other than that, they are bright and good looking.

Bulbs flicker in older fixture. In a multi-bulb under counter fixture, only way to make them stop flickering is to leave one incandescent bulb in the fixture. That works but that’s pretty clearly not ideal. Also, they are daylight not warm.
