As good as (or BETTER) than any I've bought elsewhere!
(Updated June 2019) These hearing aid batteries are still "da bomb!". They are still working just like I described below - I am still averaging over 9 days per battery, so my FIVE STAR RATING??? I'd give them more stars if I could! If you wear hearing aids, please, do yourself a favor and try these! SO MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE than those in drug/grocery stores, even "discount stores"... and they last longer! Questions? Feel free to ask! I'm a happy customer!!!! (ORIGINAL REVIEW - and it is all STILL TRUE!!!!!) I have worn hearing aids for over half my life. Buying hearing aid (HA) batteries is a never-ending endeavor. /I've bought them from my audiologist's office but they are SO expensive, yet I require them in order to interact with my world. I've purchased them from my local drug store before in a pinch, and unless you can catch them on sale, again, SO expensive. A few months ago my husband bought some regular AmazonBasics batteries (AA, AAA, etc) and they lasted well, so I thought, "Why not?". My question now is "Why did I wait so long to try these???". My regular name brand batteries from the drug store or my audiologist last me exactly 7 days - rarely one might last 8 days. I just had to change one of my HA Batteries today. The last time I put one in was 10 days ago.... TEN. That's three days longer than the ones sitting in the drug store or audiologist's office shelves. The other battery (as I wear two aids, one in each ear) seems to still be going for me... but I'm thrilled with 10 days! These batteries are packaged in a little box that fits in my hand (pictures), and there are 10 packages of 6 (size 312) batteries. Other brands of batteries that are size 312 are color-coded with a brown header on the card holding the 6( or 8 or 12) batteries and peel off tabs on the back of the battery - these are color-coded in exactly the same way. Note: in case you didn't know, the peel-off tabs must not be removed until you are going to place them in your HA. Once the tab is removed the battery is activated. If you leave your batteries in a hot car, and the adhesive evaporates due to the heat, your batteries could be prematurely activated and go bad before you actually get to use them in your HA! Hearing Aids have an expiration date (these that I purchased recently are good through 11/2020). Y'all - I paid less than $14 for SIXTY hearing aid batteries. That's less than a QUARTER per battery!!!!! And it was delivered free with Prime! I didn't have to get dressed and drive into town to the store, mess with expiration dates, long lines to check out.... nope, nope, nope! I have spent as much as a DOLLAR PER BATTERY at the drug store !!!!!! The ones at my audiologist's office were less than that (about 80 cents per battery). Will I purchase these again? Ohhhhh, yeah! For sure I will! I'd be crazy not to! My purpose in reviewing this and other items is only to provide my honest opinion based on my experience with the item. Good batteries, terrible packaging
An update. I've now used these batteries for several months and I have found that several new batteries failed immediately after being inserted. I used to switch batteries in pairs as they pretty much wore out at the same speed. With these batteries, I've switched to replacing which ever one went dead at the moment because the other may last a day or two longer. I've lost several batteries because they fall out of the packaging and I didn't notice. I threw away a few because they never worked. While the initial purchase may have been a bit cheaper, these have become the most expensive batteries I've used. I'll never buy them again. Previous review: I bought these to replace PowerOne batteries that I have used for years. It is hard to know for sure but these batteries seem to last every bit as long as PowerOne and possibly a bit longer. For me, they last about 96 hours (6 days X 16 hrs/day). Of course usage varies a bit. The one drawback to the batteries is the peel-off tab. The tab is much smaller than the PowerOne batteries and is more difficult for old fingers to grasp and remove. Also the tab is on the bottom of the battery in its container and is harder to see. When I replace batteries, I put the used battery back in the container where the new battery was removed. Then later I recycle them. With PowerOne it as very easy to distinguish old batteries without the tab and new ones with the tab. Thus, I could easily tell when the package was fully used and I needed to replace it. With these batteries, since you can't easily see the pull-off tab, you can't tell how many batteries are unused. Functionally, the batteries are very good. The packaging however could be substantially improved. If the packaging were improved, these would be 5-star rated. In the picture I attached, both packages contain 2 used batteries and 4 new batteries. An update: I've now used these for a few months and I am changing my rating downward. I've come to dislike the packaging so much that I would not buy these again and I do not recommend them. If you carry the little pinwheel of batteries in your pocket, eventually the batteries will fall out of the package and given the size of each battery, you are likely to lose some of them. Removing the seal tab from each battery is much harder than with other batteries. With more experience now, I can say that these perform essentially the same as the PowerOne batteries that I previously used. The little bit of price savings is not worth the inconvenience of use.

Surprisingly Comparable to Leading Brands
I'll admit, I've always had a preference for well-known battery brands like Duracell or Energizer. Their marketing strategies had convinced me that they were superior and longer-lasting, especially in the case of hearing aid batteries. However, the price tag for these name-brand batteries, particularly for hearing aids, can be quite hefty. Enter the Amazon Basics 60-Pack of Hearing Aid Size 10 Zinc-Air Batteries. I decided to give them a try due to their budget-friendly price point, and I have been pleasantly surprised. In terms of performance, I can confidently say that these Amazon Basics batteries are on par with the well-established brands. I've noticed no significant difference in how long they last in my hearing aid. They deliver consistent power, and I've never experienced the frustration of a dead battery right from the start, which can occasionally happen with other brands. As I work my way through the 60-pack, I'm about halfway through, and I can already tell that I'll be purchasing them again. There's simply no need to spend extra money on the more expensive Energizer or Duracell batteries when these Amazon Basics batteries offer comparable performance at a much more reasonable price. If you're like me and have been loyal to name-brand batteries, I encourage you to give these a try. You might be pleasantly surprised by the cost savings without sacrificing performance.

They work good.
The batteries for my hearing aids work good, they last about one week. Deficulty opening the package that holds the batteries.

They are quite fiddly to get out of the packaging, but price outweighs that.
