I needed a new small media centre computer that would run silently behind the TV. The order took 8 days start to finish., it was well packed and although from Hong Kong all taxes and shipping were already paid by the seller. It came with an HDMI lead, hook up to the TV was simple. From opening the box to loading my media was less than 10 mins. There is a full, correctly licensed version of Windows 10 installed. Just attach the two supplied wifi ariels (a good sign for signal boosting purposes) and power it up.First impressions were very positive. First boot up takes you quickly to the desktop. There is no bloatware on this machine and the 1TB second disk was properly empty. You just need to connect to the internet and its ready. I checked for the latest the graphics driver, which was present, and the Windows update showed the machine had been put together only a week ago, the installed updates were only 7 days old. This is well put together machine and the spec is exactly as ordered.There are no user instructions (not an issue for me), with one fault finding checklist. I has one question about getting and invoice and it was sent to me within 12 hours of asking.A point about the warranty/service/rating issue mentioned in the questions, which I answered there also. In the seller's keenness to get the highest rating he states in the paperwork please don't give him a poor rating. First tell him what the problem is and he will fix it. The clumsy English used implies the rating in connected to the warranty. That's not the case, the guy just wants you to be happy.This might the the best small form pc i've bought. I'll write an update when its a few months old and been through its paces.

Excellent mini PC - Great value for money.The specification is top end with 16GB memory and a 4k graphics card and at least £100 cheaper than other suppliers.I was a little concerned about the mention of import taxes but I just paid the Amazon price and the Kingdel in 6 days which was far quicker than advertised.I had a problem viewing the maximum resolution on my Dell U2813HM and could only get 1080p. But the service support guys at Kingdel were excellent. They came back to every question I posed and it seems my monitor could only go to it's maximum resolution when connected via the display port lead and using the DP to DP lead got the resolution up to 2560 x 1440.This model is fitted with a 500Gb SSD and is super quick and totally silent!I've been running it or a few days now and it's barely warm.The Windows 10 pro is very good as I'm still an old windows 7 man (didn't really get over windows 8)Delighted with my purchase and will likely get another one shortly.

I had my eye on this for a while, mainly because I was looking for a Mini PC to replace my 6 year old laptop than I connect via HDMI to my LG OLED tv in my living room. The laptop had to stand next to the whole tv stand setup and looked ugly and was overall a bit of an eye sore in the room! I stumbled across these Kingdel pc's on Amazon and the reviews sold it to me. It's exactly what I was after, it is as small as my BT UHD TV set top box and sits discreetly on one of the shelves, it barely makes any noise whatsoever! So silent in operation. I'm very impressed. Windows 10 Pro came pre loaded and was activated once I logged on, it is a breeze. All I found myself doing was re downloading Firefox, Chrome, VLC and more and I was away once logged all back in.The pc itself is very fast, I did go for the 512GB SSD option which was a no brainer for the money in my opinion. The spec in general is superb and the seller was extremely communicative over emails the minute I clicked buy.. Going on to explain how it would then be built to spec, tested for 1/2 days and then shipped out and the date I could expect it. Brilliant seller, it's a shame more are not like Brett who I was in touch with!As with anything tech, the test of time is where products show their worth with reliability, and after a few days of having the PC on and off a few times, it momentarily turned itself off, BUT as far as I am aware it's because the Win10 resolution was at 4096x2140 when the settings state 3840x2140 as the recommended, so I've been running it at that on my LG OLED 55" tv via hdmi, so far so good no issues, but if there are of course I'll add an update to this review.Another thing I would add.. if you're like me and like your PC to have the latest drivers, I recommend installing something like Driver Booster Pro from the get go with this PC as it found quite a few were out of date. Once that was done I did a few big Win10 updates and am now putting it through it's paces crunching through video files and music etc. One more thing I would like to add if anyone is wondering, but the WiFI adapter onboard surprised me as it connected to my 5Ghz BT Smart Hub router signal perfectly and has been performing flawlessly.Overall so far so good, I would definitely recommend this Mini PC to anyone considering one who is after something compact, fast and excellent value for money.

I was on look out for a faster machine with SSD and some more internal memory for my ever increasing photographic storage, as my PC had run out of storage and was becoming very slow, having narrowed my requirements I searched for a PC locally but the cost was prohibitive, then came across this on Amazon, but wanted it to be customized to my specification, got in touch with the supplier who was very helpful, prompt, courteous and we worked our way to my exact specs, the machine was dispatched from Hong Kong and arrived in 4 days prompt, the duty paid was promptly refunded by the seller. The machine is exactly as ordered, small, discrete, very fast, noiseless and cool, with plenty of connectivity including card reader. Came pre loaded with activated Windows10 Pro with MS office 2007. So far so good, I use external DVD R/R . Excellent VFM for the specifications.
