This truck only works half the time. We use it for five minutes, stop for 2 minutes, then it stops working. Anybody else have this problem?

We did, it was a piece of junk! Never worked right.

Is there a tool to open the battery pack underneath the car?

No yhrrr isn’t you need a small screw driver

Does it have two remote controls?

No just one controller. Controller feels cheap but the truck doesn’t

Do they come in different frequencies? For ex. If I got both my boys one for Christmas, will they be able to control them separately at the same time?

Yes, RC toys like this don't intercept with others even though it's the same product. Manufacturers sets a specific unique radio channel to each duo and idk how they do that haha. All RC toys has unique serial numbers. It doesn't have a built in WIFI or Bluetooth so you don't have to worry about one controlling both of the truck(toy).

Looks like the Gravedigger monster truck, good graphics. Runs great!

My 3 year old great grandson absolutely LOVED this!! It was his favorite present. The battery lasts pretty long and he ran it for a few hours straight and it still didn't need batteries. Big hit with him and his daddy too!

We got this for a little girl’s birthday because she specifically asked for a Grave Digger remote control car—and this one totally delivered! It looks awesome, is easy to control, and she was so excited the moment she opened it.It’s a little slower than I expected, especially for a monster truck-style RC, but it still drives well and handles bumps and turns like a champ. Honestly, the speed is probably just right for a younger child.Not totally sure how long it will last, but it got the job done—lol. For the price, it was totally worth it. Lots of fun

It was smaller than I anticipated. But the grandson loves it. That is all that matters. He just turned four and is learning how the joysticks work. So far, he has not broken it, which is a big plus.
