No battery status over remote connection, should have paid for August.
- No battery status over remote connection even using Echo as a bridge.- battery drain massively until software patch was released- support is almost non-existent- API documentation not provided to users who could use to work over the issues- no syncing with OTAs for short term rental providers- slow to connect over BT- plastic feel in the back doesn't give you the confidence+ Improvement over V2 that I also wasted my money on as it's so slow and doesn't give battery status+ high security encryption+ good design

Problems after 3 years of daily use
I have i lot of problems with twist assist after 3 years of daily use. No matter how many times i manualy set up lock/unlock position Danalock keeps forgetting it in a day or two and misses two spins in locking maneuver so the doors are not fully locked (they have protection hooks). In unlocking maneuver it always spins till the end and it is ignorring my setting as i do not want to fully unlock/hold back latch. This also happens after one to two days later after setting unlock position.The lock was working perfectly for around two years. Now it has constant problems. Mybe it is FW problem or HW which i do not know but i have noticed that lock had a lot of problems after v.19 FW also with rembering keys, etc.Lock is on my house front door so it’s locked/unlocked around 6 times a day.I will probably replace this lock with Nuki Pro.

kein qualifiziertes Produkt für die Danalock Deutschland App
Da das Produkt nicht vom deutschen Handelspartner danalock.de kommt (dachte gutgläubig, das Amazon Deutschland von dort bezieht), kann man nur die originale Danalock App installieren. Die Danalock Deutschland App funktioniert aber nur mit Schlössern von diesem Zulieferer. Die Deutschland App bietet viel mehr Möglichkeiten (z.B. iWatch Bluetooth), somit ging das Schloss zurück. Das Schloss selbst ist mit etwas Geschick gut zu montieren, die Einrichtung ein Kinderspiel. Etwas laut, was in einem hellhörigen Gemeindebau event. Probleme verursachen könnte. Das Produkt selbst würde von mir 5 Sterne bekommen (hatte zumindest kurz im Testbetrieb), aber das eben die bessere App nicht verwendet werden kann, gebe ich 3 *
