I ordered the medium sized dispenser to mount on my apartment kitchen wall for the 5 oz. paper cups I use as the norm.The included adhesive, where I had cleaned the wall with rubbing alcohol before mounting, lasted only a few hours before the dispenser loudly fell off when I was in another room; a second mounting with some normally strong glue I applied, was also unsuccessful. So I had to use the provided screws to get finally get a reliable hold, which were small enough to penetrate without any uncomfortable plaster damage based on an apartment rental.So the adhesive issue aside, after getting the cups to pull-out properly, the dispenser definitely serves it's purpose so I'm satisfied, though I feel that potential buyers should know that the "Medium" sized dispenser I got is actually quite long in my opinion, to the point that I had to ensure I placed the dispenser at just the right height for access & future refills.So I give it an overall rating of 4 stars, as the included adhesive was simply unreliable for me.

Terrible! Bought four of these for our office. You try to take ONE cup, you usually get 2-5 cups and then about 5 or more cups fall to the floor!

finally got my side-by-side fridge with water and ice on the door.. the kids are drinking more water now , since it’s so easily accessible, my 2 youngest can’t reach the cabinets to get cups Down, so My five-year-old actually came up with the idea to buy a cup dispenser and place it on the side of the refrigerator for him.. I just had to get it!!It worked out perfectly.!!The dispenser is amazingly light weight ! So with some 3M double-sided tape, it stuck on seamlessly. It’s already held up to 10 days of 4 children pulling cups out of it all day long!! Love the beveled plastic, actually accents my kitchen nicely. It’s modern and high end looking.. very happy with this purchase!!

I’m pleased. Great value. It loads easily and dispenses only one cup at as time as designed. I’ve seen some that either hang on to the cup too tightly or grip too loosely which results in more than one cup dispensing at a time. This one works as it’s supposed to

Seems sturdy enough, but I have plastic cups that are 3.75 inches across the rim and they are too big, by the width of the rim.
