Easy to clean, important to dismantle after use and allow to air dry after rinsing or steaming

I think if the facemask is well cleaned after each use, then all could use it.

Can you use this while sleeping.

No i would not recommend, this is not a ventilator. The drug therapy used within this machine only lasts around 20-30 mins before it dries out and ultimately will dry your mucosa out in your nose and mouth. I hope this helps, stay safe x
