I use this as a protein supplement throughout the day. The creamy vanilla flavor has a enough sweetness to satisfy and is a great meal asset.

I have been using AST protein off and on since 1997. My favorite used to be the Strawberry flavor (little bits of dried strawberry in it). I wish they would bring it back. Nonetheless, the chocolate is awesome! I love AST protein powder!

This product mixes easier than any product I've tried. Very little liquid is needed. It is extremely easy to digest. This is a hydrolyzed whey protein meaning there will be much less lactose than your common whey protein brands. For me this means no bloating which is why I switched to a hydrolyzed protein. This product has the least sodium per scoop (60mg) and very little fat meaning it will hit your muscles sooner. It's expensive but similarly priced than the lesser competitors.

I've tried several different brands of protein powder but this is by far our most favorite!! The vanilla flavor is amazing!! It blends in nicely as a drink w/ no clumps. In addition, I add it to my yogurt, smoothies, and oatmeal and it mixes in so well. It will be hard for another brand to beat the consistency and flavor of this product.

Stuff is good and it works. I’m less sore when I take it so I’m able to work out more often . Taste is great for the smoothie.
