follow directions... doesn't stick very well
I suspect it doesn't stick as well as the pellon used to many years ago because it's been stored too long.Just guessing.... unless perhaps the people applying the iron on side are being to stingy.

FANTASTIC
This is -thick, stiff pellon- perfect for table runners or dress collars. If you are looking for soft pellon (for shirts and handkerchiefs) get the one in the pink package!I use pellon on the back of my finished hand embroidery to make it soft to the touch and to secure all my knots. I am so glad this came in such a large roll because I will be able to use it for my next few projects! I love that this is iron on. It's super easy to use and it bonds extremely well. I had actually made a mistake in my work and needed to lift a corner up to retry and it was nearly impossible. I will be a forever Pellon customer!

Did not adhere to cross-stitch material
I wanted to stabilize my 22ct Hardanger cross-stitch material before starting my project because the weave can distort very easily when stitching it but no matter what I did, I could not get this to adhere to it. Followed the directions exactly, then tried some ideas of my own, all with the same results.

My favorite fusible
This is my favorite fusible web. It's sturdy but not crispy, if you know what I mean. It holds shape when I'm doing home dec projects, but is not so stiff that you can't turn the fabric outside in. I use this for fabric baskets and diaper bags to keep shape. Easy to iron on - I find it quick to glue down and I don't have to repeatedly go over it to keep it attached to the fabric. Follow the instructions for the best result.

Works OK
This fusible interfacing is stiffer and more heavy duty than what I’ve used in the past but it was just what I needed and was looking for to make my latest denim tote bag. Be aware that it will take a lot longer to fuse than the instructions say. And you can skip the extra damp cloth. I think it keeps some of the heat from the iron from reaching the interfacing. By all means, test it with a clean rag or other cloth to make sure that you’ve got it right side up though. I just had to press the iron on a lot longer than indicated. Other than that, once bonded, it was fine.

Very disappointed
I had my iron on steam. Followed the instructions, shiny side down and still did not stick to my fabric! Now I am stuck with this since I used some of the roll not thinking it would not stick! Do not recommend this to anyone! I will never buy this one again! I will stick to the Pellon SF 101 for now on.
