Do not buy the Ford Ecosport, but if you did, then the K & N filter will produce a noticeable difference in gas mileage. After 5 fill ups I'm averaging 20.5 to 21 MPG, or going an extra 20 to 25 miles more per tank, measured. Best tank hit 22.6 MPG. The trip MPG calculator is also a little more accurate though still 0.6 MPG too high. The air filter will pay for itself within 12 fill ups Review: Fits ecosport, even if desertcart says it doesnt - This arrived to me new in box, factory K&N packaging. For anyone who doesn't know what these are, google is your friend. I just run them because the OEM paper filter is pretty thick for a wee little 3 cylinder motor. And yes, it fits the Ford ecosport. I have no idea why desertcart says it doesn't fit when you check by car make model and year, but it's definitely the correct one for a facelifted ecosport. Do you need one? No. Will you notice a difference? Yes. Mpg gains are minimal but it improves throttle response a bit.
