I have read many reviews, and all I know is you will never know how it works for you until you try it. Personally, I have good results.I am very sensitive to substances like caffeine or stimulants, so I will tell you up front that this will not a stimulant.This is better quality protein than others because I don't get diarrhea before my body titrates the dosage. This is good because the aminos and proteins have a chance to be absorbed into your system and not get flushed out. I experienced a slight stomach discomfort a few times, but nothing major. (I think it had something to do when I moved from the Chocolate to the Tart Cherry- which is NASTY- one time to save money) I can definitely tell it works because after doing strenuous workouts that otherwise would hurt and ache for a week or more, now hardly hurt at all- also, I weight more. I am only 5' 6.5" and took half of the recommended dose (one scoop a day instead of two)... initially weighed in at 139-142, but after three months I am now at 157-160, and my belt buckle still hooks at the same hole. In otherwords, this stuff works! Either that, or it is the MuscleTech Clear Muscle supplements- which I have only taken two pills a day. now, if Amazon could only keep the price steady! It jumps from 33 to 46 dollars, and back down depending on which way the wind blows :(

With the market flooding with main staple of chocolate and vanilla. I wanted a different variety of flavors. When i heard of a wild cherry flavor offered by muscletech, i was not sure if the taste would good or bad, since a few shakes out there leave an aftertaste. When i actually made it it was not bad at all. I used my nutribullet instead of your regular protein shaker you used with your hand. the outcome is far better for me. It was a little sweet for me, but that's me, so i added an ounce or two of organic lemon juice in 7 ounces of water instead of the 5 ounces of water recommended. The outcome provided me with a refreshing burst of a feel good moment in my mouth. Something different. . im a tart and some sweet kind of guy. This works for me. I use it as a meal replacement and sometimes proworkout drink. Overall with the modification i made, i give it 4 out of 5 stars. I really would like to see more variety out there instead of the over saturated chocolate or vanilla option. To each his or her own. I would be buying this again.

I've used Muscletech products for several years because of positive results without unpleasant side effects. And I am also all too familiar with marketing tactics. I'm always suspicious of anything labeled, "New and Improved", especially with nutritional supplements. The ingredients are listed by portions or servings and comes with a pre-sized scoop. If this were in tablet form 'new and improved' would claim added ingredients, however, they change the wording from one to two tablets per serving. So, as with this powder I noticed that their version of 'new and improved' is taking the plastic scoop and enlarging it to twice the original size per serving. The product itself is still excellent but I've kept the original scoop, or use half the new scoop, for the same benefits and the product will last longer.

New formula is OK. I liked the previous version better which did not have whey protein in it. It was much easier to drink pre and intra workout with the old formula. It still does the same thing and works great, just have to change when I drink it. The wild cherry flavor tastes pretty good.

The only reason I'm even giving this two stars is be because it does seem to work. I'm taking this stacked with CellTech and NitroTrch also by Muscletech and Animal Rage XL. Taking this after a workout definitely keeps me full and helps speed the recovery along. Some unpleasant side effects include stomach upset (when taking just the other three supplements I mentioned my stomach is fine. Add this and I need to make more frequent "runs" if you catch my meaning.) in addition to that negative effect the taste of the Wild Cherry Explosion flavor (somewhat ironic "explosion") is like a cherry cough medicine, but chalky and thick and gross. I may get a different flavor of this when I run out, but I doubt that I will.

The price was INCREDIBLE!!! The product is excellent. The taste of the Wild Cherry Explosion does get old REALLY fast for me, though. I much more prefer Chocolate or Vanilla.

I have purchased this product twice and both times I have had to dig the scoop out from the very bottom. This may sound tedious but I take this to work with me and need the scoop. The product itself I am pleased with

Great product! I use the same product in other flavors with great results. the Cherry Explosion flavor is great.
