Better than typical flat mouse, but one major caveat
Tired of my hand and wrist becoming quickly exhausted from using flat mice all day long, I looked for an upright mouse with high and trustworthy reviews. I settled on this mouse for price and its reviews. It just arrived and I'm using it in my office right now to type this review. My first impression is the mouse DOES alleviate some of the strain from crossing the radius and ulna when the palm is facing down in a typical typing pose. You notice there is still a slight crossing of the bones in using this upright mouse because the grasp angle relative to the flat desk is still under 90-degrees. Time will tell if this will still cause arm strain. The major caveat I find, as I read in some other reviews, is that the mouse seems sized for children. I have average hands and my hands wrap around the mouse, fingers protruding beyond the front edge. If you've ever used other vertical mice on the market, you know many of them are so large the hand RESTS against them, rather than engulfs them, and this in itself alleviates much of the stress of grasping a mouse all day long, maintaining muscle tension.I would have given this mouse just 2-stars, but I was pleasantly surprised by the trackball. My other wireless mouse (still functioning but exhausting to the hand) has a standard track wheel. I find it skips and lags. The trackball on this mouse, however, although you can feel the slight incremental changes with ball rotation, is smooth and precise so far. Scrolling is easy and reliable. More, you can either use as normal the left/top button on the mouse OR depress the trackball to reposition the cursor. Great--because your index finger is often already on the trackball when you're scrolling somewhere to select something. Because the mouse is smaller than expected, someone with larger hands might have a bit of difficulty repositioning their index finger to get at the trackball, though.Another plus: the mouse takes only a single AA-battery. I don't know how long the battery lasts, but I hope it'll be overall more efficient than the typical two-battery mouse. And there's an on/off button (underneath) to turn the mouse off if you're going to be away from your computer for a while. And a wash: high-quality mice (Microsoft, Apple...) have a heft, a substance that both promises durability and offers resistance against errant hand motions. Mice of cheaper build quality (like this one) feel flimsy and easily-broken in addition to being so light that any extraneous hand motion moves the mouse--and the cursor. This means you're (unconsciously?) tensing your hand/arm to keep the mouse and cursor where you put them. This might contribute yet again to arm strain. Most of this mouse's challenges--at least for me--could be overcome by increasing its size and mass. As I have already more than eight mice around the house and office, I don't want to invest $100 in yet another mouse so I think I'll stick with this one, unless the small size over the next few days makes it less comfortable to use than the standard wireless mouse this one replaced.

My favorite ergonomic so far.
I love the feel of this mouse. Rounded buttons on the thumb are great and the height is nice enough for my pinky and wrist to lay flush on the desk. (If that makes any sense.) I didn't like the glossy buttons and I wish it had a 1000 dpi. It also didn't have much grip so I've since added lizard skin the the areas I thought it could use it. I havent gotten used to it enough for gaming but I got this mouse for more work related activities.

Great design, but not quite large enough for my hand
I tried a different ergonomic mouse and it simply wasn't comfortable and my fingers didn't line up on the buttons. This one i tried because it looked like it was designed to keep your fingers in the right place. Overall I really like it:Pros: designed to fit the hand well, and to keep your fingers where they should be. usb plug goes inside the battery compartment so it won't fall out and get lost easily.Cons: for my hand it is just a little small, the scroll wheel is placed just a bit too far back so sometimes when i go to click it, it scrolls a bit and my paste goes onto the wrong line.I'm learning to live with the difficulties but it is so much better than the first one i tried, just wish they made one a size bigger.I've got quite used to this mouse and if you want wireless I'd say it is the way to go, if you do not mind having a corded-USB mouse then this is my favorite so far: I've tried two others and my favorite so far is this one: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NC2H5GD/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

best yet
I tried the anker ergonomic "u" shaped mouse. I didn't like it. I'm 6'2" and can palm a basketball and it always felt like the mouse was too big. I found myself squeezing the mouse to keep a hold of it.This one though, my hand rests on it effortlessly. I don't accidently hit the page up or page down button with my thumb. The mouse feels light, but I got used to it quickly. So far, favorite mouse I've ever used.

Pinky Rest!
After reading reviews on other wireless ergonomic mice that were good but some complained about their pinkys not having a rest and would be rubbing the mousepad the whole time I am very satisfied in this mouse's pinky rest. After using it for working at the office I can say my arm did not get as tired/cramped as it usually would, I definitely recommend this mouse for really just about anyone!

Happy so far!
The first vertical mouse I got from Jelly Candy wasn't quite vertical enough to help with my wrist pain. Received this one today and it seems much better. I'll know if a few days. I do wish it was just a little bigger. My fingers are pretty long and extend past the right/left click buttons when I had my palm completely resting on the mouse.

Ergonimically my favorite mouse, but it doesn't live longer than 6 months
VicTsing has replaced my original purchase twice, and appreciate their customer service. And with my small-med siize hands (female) and having arthritis in my thumb, this is by far the MOST comfortable mouse I've used. BUT they just don't last! None of the three I've had has made it past 6 months. I've used others in between and go back to this because it's so comfortable, but then it doesn't want to mouse anymore. I WISH I WISH that VicTsing would make this design in a WIRED mouse. They don't, so now I have to hunt for something better. I'm tired of fighting it. Sad person here.

Incredibly Comfortable
This mouse is amazing. It's waaay more comfortable than the U-shaped vertical mouse I've seen from a variety of brands. Your fingers relax naturally around the scroll ball, and it doesn't take any effort to left or right click. The scroll ball is a very nice touch. It rests right next to your finger and doesn't stick out, so you can spin it with a quick movement of your finger without having to shift up or down to reach it. The shape also allows your ring and pinky fingers to rest on the bottom curve. This prevents them from dragging, so you won't have to hold them up to move the mouse smoothly. Moreover, the shape of the mouse fits your hand easily and naturally. All around a great purchase for anyone looking into a quality vertical mouse.
