Meg-A-Shark 8 Movie Collection

I got this for a friend who likes shark movies. He is pleased.

I got this just for Malibu Shark Attack that was made for the SciFi Channel in the early 2000s. It’s a good fun cheap shark attack movie.

Perfect for my dvd shark movie collection....

This is a great collection of shark movies. I have been trying to buy the movie Hammerhead shark Frenzy for years but it was discontinued. They changed the title and its in this collection as Sharkman. I am surprised that Amazon does not tell people this when they look up Hammerhead Shark Frenzy. All the shark attack movies are very enjoyable and the underwater shark scenes in Shark Attack 2 are amazing.

Pleasantly surprised that these movies are in genuine HD (although Malibu Shark Attack could be an upscale). Certainly not Criterion level 4K transfers, most are dated scans and the 8 movies are stuffed on two (I believe dual layered) blu-rays. BUT getting these wonderfully bad Nu Image sharksterpieces in HD is something I never would’ve thought would happen. Worth an upgrade for anyone with the old DVD releases. Now if only Raging Sharks would get an HD release...

there are 8 movies here and none of them are great. but if you love shark movies you won't care. here there are none that equal or even come close to the genius of jaws one and two. however, not caring about that, you will get some kicks here. not in the un-special effects, I promise you, but with about 12 hours of munching, crunching sharks. that's what you want and that's what you'll get. enjoy.... although some do really stink.

These are great if you enjoy somewhat predicable (younger hero and heroine (or made up so), evil money grubber who hides/exploits danger. Lots of teeth.) but make a nice edition.Clearly made for TV rather than theatrical release as heads/faces often fill the screen and every piece of pancake makeup is visible.No thought required (though meg swallowing a whole boat is something). Great camp.Only one thing missing so 4 stars:is no closed captions (or any options). Many may not care but for me they help. Surprising since have been required for some time.

A gift for my 13 year old granddaughter who loves sharks, no matter what environment they are in. A must for shark movie collections.

Great collection! Campy with just the right amount of cheese! lol Toxic Shark is the best but... Shark Attack 3: Megalodon has the best pick up line ever!

I love and live for sharks. We are always on their turf and we are the ones who need to respect them and be careful. Awesome show.

Take it for what it is, campy, cheesy sharky goodness. The only downside is that I wish more people were eaten by sharks.
